“Whisperer of Shadows”
The fourth year of the war.
Every night she sits across from a black cat — the one listener who knows all her secrets. Their eyes speak in the silence. Outside, the darkness is hostile, but here it quietly embraces and listens.
The cat spoke of things that had no language: of betrayal that fell to the ground like a shadow, of love that smells of ash, of hope you can hide in a pocket like a piece of amber. And she listened — and embroidered. Not with threads, but with her gaze, her senses, her silence.
This embroidered image is not simply a portrait. It is a remembrance of a bond that needs no words. Of the ability to see in the dark. Of that very moment when the world falls quiet so that you can hear the truth a shadow whispers.
And if you look for long enough — the cat will start looking into you too… and may tell you something meant just for you…
